Rally Video

SO I was thinking to myself... The rally was so awesome and I want to blog about it... I'm sure that the people will want to see the pictures from the rally...

Hmm... but there are wayyyy tooooo many pictures to upload (I have about 200!!!) so what should I do... I know: I'll do something like what Joanna did for the camp pics... Wait where's that thing from... dunno where lah she get that widget...

Never mind lah... I'll do a video :) can put plenty of pictures in and I can work on it offline so ya, I opened Windows Movie Maker for the FIRST time and after fiddling about and getting to know some basic stuff, started on the video.

AND so here's my very first attempt at making a video of any sort so enjoy... and feel free to leave a comment :)

back to school, again. :)

hey ya'll. :D
just to really encourage everybody,
you know, as we set foot on this journey we're going to take,
this journey in life,
as students and all,
lets us remember who we live for , and who He is.
that it doesnt matter how we feel in our life,
its all about who He is,
He deserves everything.
let's live for Him :D

CF today was the BOMBEST , yes? :D
hehe. we had 67 people that came. WOOTS WOOTS WOOTS.

and p.s. thank you Jesus for dying on the cross for us,

we had very cool and awesome games planned by the Loi ..... Hoe brothers .

the game was basically a sorta life game.
where you have to master every are of your life.
GREENS ( money),
GRIP ( power),
GOODNESS ( good work),
GRINS ( happiness)
GREATNESS ( success).

it was absolutely and pure JOY , really ^^
so and then what happens is that ,
during the games Aaron, Jen Wei and Steph ,
goes around asking people to just drop off all they've accomplished
because Jesus has died for you on the cross
and you dont need things of this world.


( NOT saying that you dont have to give your best in what you do )
david was our ' Jesus ' , He just lay down the whole time
and the analogy is , hardly anybody recognizes Him.
sure enough, not a lot of people did.


but yeah, it was great. some people didnt. some people did.
at the end, kah hoe ended the game VERY abruptly,
reason because in life we dont choose how long we live .
it might just end here and now.
it was a great day, and still is. look forward to CF nxt week,
one of our very own committee member speaking nxt week,
guess guess guess?

Its a support group that we have where we all go to support and enjoy one another.

DUCF is an organisation like no other, where it feels like family to me, its where i can give and receive brotherly love without feeling weird, also where i sadly kena bully *hint*hint =P

it's Good Friday !
the day our Daddy gave His life for us .
i dont know, but personally for me,
i thought about it a LOT .
it really did kick in for me after watching this video,
i started tearing up so much.
God, to have given His life, for me.
the blood shed for me, for you, for us.
it just made me think a lot.
how about you?

"²³Then he said to them all: "If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me. ²⁴For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me will save it." Luke 9 23-24.

this verse made a big difference to me and my walk
i hope it has inspired all of you
to really just pick up YOUR cross, deny YOURSELF, follow Him.

its not going to be EASY, nobody did ever guarantee that man.

but one thing i know, we're alway s here for one another.
