Yes, winners all :) Kate Winslet finally won her 1st Oscar after losing 5!!! times... and KUNING won in my last year of school... GO KUNING :) ROAR!!!

My apologies to all you people out there who may visit our CF blog. I had a rather long self-declared sabbatical, unintentional mind you, and forgot to post anything for a very long period of time, 1 month in fact. My bad... tsk tsk tsk.

TO all CF-ers, there will be no CF this coming Friday as it is the last week of the month and as per normal we can't have our meetings because the teachers may not be able to chaperone us so ya... The following week is exams so we will be taking another week's break. BUT have no fear, we will be returning on the 13th of MARCH with CG GAMES!!!! yea... *capella*capella*

And since I'm in a nostalgic mood...

Here are some pictures from our CF X'mas party at my house... To those who didn't go, haihz you dun know what you missed... Singing carols, eating, a HIV/AIDS talk, posing and the highlight? watching: KUNGFU PANDA !!! lol

DUCF

CF Prayer Walk

On a bright, sunny Friday somewhere in the month of April, SMKDUCF decided to hold its annual Prayer Walk.

This time we had two newly appointed prayer co-ordinators to co-ordinate lah this special and meaningful program. Here are some pics we took...forgive the picture quality. :)

First on the agenda...icebreaker-co-lead by Kah Hoe and David

This was how it went:

Everyone was asked to sit in a circle facing outwards. They were then supposed to raise up their hands and say out numbers in sequence starting from 1 onwards. The trick was that two people could not raise up their hands and call out the number at the same time. Get it? Whoever did was eliminated...heheheh. Then the last few played a tie breaker to determine the winner.

Next up....

We had Zheng Keng and his THREE guitarists to lead us in a time of worship...

The songs:

1. Hari Ini
2. Above All
3. Rain Down
4. *one more I forgot....*

   DA 3 stooges :)

I mean guitarists

Then, finally the main event...

THE PRAYER WALK itself.

Each CG was given a list of 5 places to go to around the whole school. At each place there were prayer lists prepared by James and Sunshine. Each CG was also given five folded manila cards and were told to open up one at every place we prayed. The colour cards each contained the name of one current CF committee member. We were also to pray for the person on the card.

Some of the things we prayed for:

• teachers
• students
• co-curicullar activities
• sports activities

Everybody all ears during the briefing.

At different places around the school:

4 JATI!!!!!!!!!!

Under a tree...duh!
