Song Of The Month - November

So long since we had a song of the month... but have no fears we haven't forgatten about it yet :)And this month we have Hillsong's "At The Cross".

It's not a new song, but we haven't sung it in CF before. Pay close attention to the lyrics, they're so meaningful. Especially the bridge which goes 'You tore the veil, You made a way, When You said that it is done.'

When Jesus died, the curtain/veil in the temple was torn. This curtain was torn from top to bottom, meaning that no man could have done it, it MUST have been GOD!!! It used to 'separate' God's presence from the people. So when it was torn, it signified that we now can have a direct access to God, there is no longer any veil separating us from Him, Jesus has made a way for us!!! REJOICE!!!

A SHORT PREVIEW

Came back from camp on Sat, very tired... sure it had something to do with us staying in Aaron's roon until 1.30am Saturday nite/Sunday morn when lights out was 12.30am... ;)

Anyways, the camp was a bomb. Just ask the 11, yes 11!!! participants from DU that went, namely David, Aaron, Kah Hoe, Jen Wei, Siew Ming, Heang Lee, Eirene, Ee Chong, Kin Hoe, Desmond and Denise Kuay.

To those who missed it, seriously consider going next year if you are in Form 2-4, Form 5s sorry lah, you have SPM. No, seriously, you will be spiritually enriched in more than one way and the people there are soooo friendly :)

Our First ever POOL PARTY 2008

Wuz just looking thru the older posts when i stumbled upon one unfinished post... haha the powers of being the online co... :) Apparently somebody uploaded the pics but didn't bother to post them. So me thinks to meself: Wah got so many pics why not share with everyone, a different side of your cf mates - wet and half-clothed... hehe :)

By the way this was our CF pool party around the month of August... I know coz some of us stayed back only to watch Chong Wei kena OWN by Lin Dan in the Olympic badminton final... bad ending to a happy day... :(

How ya doing?

Exams are finally OVER!!! For the Form 4s and Form 3s at least... :)

Just a quick announcement...

This Friday there is no CF :( T.T
Nothing we can do coz the school decided that the Form 1-4s will have hoilday starting on the 6th of November, Thursday so we don't need to come to school on Friday...

Dun worry we'll be back next year with plenty more of fun activities for you all...
